8 Months Old

I turned 8 months old today...wow, how time flies!

Interesting Facts:

Crawling some-mostly scooting

Size 3 Diapers

Size 9 months clothes-Still a few 6 months

Can say-dada and mama some

Can wave

Loves to laugh and smile

Pulling up-I like to stand up in my crib at daycare

Loves to turn up nose when smiling

Still have 2 teeth on the bottom

 

Had to go to the doctor today and I weighed in at 17 pounds 10 ounces (50%tile)

On another note, I have a double ear infection and pink eye!  Thanks to daycare for the pink eye.

Mommy is watching me closely-I am on Augmentin and my brother is allergic to it.....heehee, I might have the hives in the morning!  We pray not!  Will just have to wait and see!

Love is patient, love is kind.

It has been 7 years since we said "I Do."

Love is right around the corner when you least expect it! 

Chad and I actually had known of each other through his cousin!

We had seen each other at parties and get togethers with friends.

First memory-Shagging around a barrel with his granddad.

Chad and I only dated for 2 months before getting engaged and then we were married 6 months later. 

We have accomplished alot in 7 years time...

Built a home together

2 wonderful kids

Chandler-5

Cayleigh-almost 8 months old

Started a trucking company

Chad and I enjoyed a wonderful Saturday shopping (yes, can you believe it, Chad went shopping), walking the market and quiet time.  It was my first time leaving Cayleigh and I was okay! 

Thanks Gma and Gpa for watching our little bundles of joy!  I am sure Gma and Gpa were ready for their naps!

And, by the way, Cayleigh woke up at 12 and 3, mom put the pacifier in her mouth and back to sleep she went.  Let's see if that will work here at our house!

Chandler's story

Chandler wanted to write his own story this week to turn in to his teacher.  Every week they are suppose to tell you the story and you write it.....well, he wanted to do it so I let him.  I think it turned out pretty good.

First Curl

When I got to daycare today, this was the first thing that I saw!  Cayleigh had her first curl.  Her teacher said it was like that when she got up from her nap.

Too cute!  It could still be straight like her daddy or curly like mommy.  We will have to wait and see.

These 2 silly kids were such a hoot to take pictures of.  It still amazing me at how the two of them never want to smile at the same time!

Fishing, Food and Fun

Saturday afternoon was spent fishing and hanging out with Chandler's classmates from school.  His teacher invited the families over for fishing, food, and fun!  It was amazing and we had a great time!  This was the first time that Chandler had ever been fishing.

By the way, Chandler was so proud of his worms-they went behind the house and dug them!

7 months old

So I am a little late on getting this posted.....Cayleigh at 7 months!

7 months old

Size 2 diapers

6-9 months clothes (some 12 months shirts)

Would rather eat baby food than drink her formula during the day.

Loves her formula during the night which means less sleep for me!

Loves to laugh and smile (especially loves Chandler)

Can say Da-Da all the time.

Has said Bye once that I know of.

Chandler and I think we heard Ma tonight.

It not crawling yet, but it is coming.

She scoots all over the floor.

Wow, growing like a weed!  We are loving every minute of it!
