Cayleigh is here!

Our morning started off at 3 am.  We hit the road about 4.  We arrived at Palmetto Richland about 5:15 ready to meet little Cayleigh Ann.  Csection started about 7:30 and Cayleigh was welcomed into this world at 8:07 am.  She weighed 6 pounds 11 ounces.  She was 18 1/2 inches long.

Outside Fun!

What a wonderful day!  It was so nice outside that we took advantage of some of the SUN!  Chandler and Chad had fun playing Nerf Football.  Chandler likes to throw it but he is still scared of it and will not even attempt to catch the ball.

Easter Egg Hunt

We enjoyed the 4th Annual Egg Hunt even though it rained all morning.  We were still able to have our Easter Egg Hunt inside Gma's house.  Dying of eggs was outside under the carport.  I had a blast playing with all my cousins!  Cannot wait until next year when Cayleigh and Emma Kate will join in the fun!

Today marks 37 Weeks!

The end of the road has come!  We are currently full term and cannot wait for this little miracle from God to join the Looper Family.  Chandler seems to get a little more excited everyday.  Especially since he can now see Cayleigh really growing in mommy's tummy!  Yes, I am finally starting to feel miserable.  My feet and legs are swollen and not to mention Cayleigh does not feel like she has any more room to move.  She is right under my ribs and it even hurts to sit for awhile.

We went to the baby doctor on Wednesday of this week.  Cayleigh is still far up as the doctor put it.  As we say, that is okay.  I need to work up until the moment-not to mention that I still have a few more maternity plans to get together.  We also do not want her to have that cute cone-head like Chandler.

34 Weeks and 3 Days

Baby doctor day! Everything was good. We are measuring right on at 34 weeks. I had a 3 point gain in 2 weeks. Not too bad. On the other hand, I am at 30 pounds total weight gain. Weight watchers here I come again! It is amazing at how extra weight can make you feel.

I actually got to see my OBGyn today which was wonderful. You know how it is, you have to see all the others in the office as well.

Cayleigh is due April 10th but with already having a c-section with Chandler, we will have another one this time as well. This puts us having Cayleigh anywhere from 7 to 10 days ahead of time.

Mark your calendars......March 31st is the day we have scheduled for Cayleigh to arrive into this world. It is not that far away-right around the corner. It seems just like yesterday that we were discussing having another baby and God has blessed us with a little girl-let's hope it is a girl. We have only heard those words once. If not, he will be coming home in pink. HAHA!

Cayleigh will be born at Palmetto Health Richland Hospital in Columbia.
