Inside the womb, you keep thinking...
what will she/he look like-mommy or daddy
is it a girl or a boy
It is so funny because I never thought that I was carrying a baby girl up until ultrasound day. Chandler and I both told people-it is a boy. His name is Cameron. Well, what a shock to both of us on that November day, but no one could be more happier than Chandler to have a baby sister named Cayleigh.
So, when I did find out it was a girl....I thought...oh my...
Ribbons, Bows & Frilly Lace
(here is a poem that I found)
Ribbons, bows & frilly lace
We’re all waiting to see your pretty face.
From the first time she cries
To the first time she laughs
Both will be as big as giraffes.
A special love for you, hugs & a kiss
I’m sure will bring nothing but pure bliss.
A special girl so sweet & true
She is bound to turn out just like you
Where have the last 5 months gone! Wow, how time flies.
Cayleigh is a happy baby and very content. She loves to lay on her gym mat and play with her toys. She started rolling a month ago and she will not stop. She is all over the living room floor. She enjoys eating her baby food-sweet potatoes seem to be her favorite so far. She likes her fruit mixed with cereal.
She likes to play with her hands which are usualy in her mouth. If an object is in her reach, it is going in her mouth.
She likes to sleep on her tummy...gets that from her mommy. She starts out on her side and in about 5 minutes she is over. She wakes up about 12 or 1 am for a bottle and then again about 4:30.
And we cannot forget, when Chandler walks in the room, she goes to laughing and she is all smiles. It is precious!
